Members of Foothill 4-H teamed up with the Tri Counties Bank employees in Palo Cedro to stuff 1,500 Think Pink bags for Palo Cedro and Bella Vista residents. Stuffing Think Pink bags is a popular community service activity each year for Foothill 4-H members.
Think Pink breast cancer educational bags will be given out on October 20 at Tri Counties Bank and Junction School in Palo Cedro and My-T-Fine Foods in Bella Vista. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Nor-Cal Think Pink’s “Think Pink Day” in Northern California. Forty thousand bags will be handed out throughout local communities.
Shingletown Medical Center will be distributing bags and carnations (donated from Cheryl Hull) outside of Pioneer Pizza, AG and Company English Toffee and Black Butte Market from 6:30am – 8:30am and then distribute throughout various establishments during the rest of the day!
